COMTEC®6000

The COMTEC 6000 is an In Situ analyzer for measurement of oxygen and COe (sum of unburned molecules such as carbon monoxide, methane or hydrogen) in flue and process gases. This enables the redundant measurement of both gases with high accuracy in real time. This is achieved by combining the ENSITU MXP sensor for COe analysis with the technology of ENSITU MLT sensor which measures oxygen content.The COMTEC 6000 ensures combustion optimisation through accurate and reliable gas analysis.
Both sensors are located within the process, as the probe is installed directly in the flue gas duct. This allows for fast and continuous flue gas data collection, creating a fast response rate to changes in the flue gas composition.
The analyzer was designed was to be maintenance free, with minimal calibration requirements and complete user-friendliness. Furthermore high costs for investment and maintenance, especially when comparing to extractive analyzers, can be avoided.

COMTEC® 6000 GasEx
The explosion protected gas analyzer COMTEC 6000 GasEx, reacts immediately to process changes and is ideal for safe and exact measurements of oxygen and COe in refineries or similar areas with explosion hazards (Gas Ex zones1 / 2).
The COMTEC GasEx fast flue gas analyzers are ATEX (II 2G Ex d IIC T3/T6 Gb) certified by a German test institute whereby the certifications encompass all parts of the analyzer system. This certification builds trust in plant security. This is coupled with ENOTEC's compelling product quality, which is continually able to withstand the challenge of aggresive process conditions.

COMTEC® 6000 DustEx
The standard analyzer system for use in dust explosion protection zones 21/22 is the COMTEC 6000 DustEx. In accordance to the tough demands placed on measuring systems in such dust laden environments, the DustEx is ATEX certifiied to II 2D Ex tD A21 IP6X T133°C/T141°C.
Being able to precisely determine the proportion of oxygen and COe in flue gas is the starting point for the safe and optimised operation of incinerators, as oxygen and COe are dependent to one another within a combustion process. Undesirable developments can thus be identified and rectified earlier, before any damage is caused.

COMTEC® 600E
COMTEC 600E is an extractive gas analyzer for measurement of oxygen and COe (the sum of unburned molecules such as carbon monoxide, methane or hydrogen). Apart from the MXP sensor for determining the content of COe, a MLT sensor which is used in all OXITEC 5000 oxygen analyzer systemsis also built into the 600E.
Because of its design, the COMTEC 600E is practically maintenance free, with reliable and highly accurate measurements. To ensure high this level of reliability, the electronics have auto control functions, ensuring minimal maintenance during operation.
The analyzer was specially designed as a 19" rack system for use in industrial analyzer systems as are used the world over and can be used in combination with existing measuring equipment. Also available is a standalone desktop version which can be used for instance in laborotories
